Pioneer Day
Spring City's signature annual celebration, timed to the Pioneer Day state holiday (July 24). A week of hometown events builds to a Fireman's Breakfast, the Pioneer Parade down Main Street, the "Itty Bitty Spring City" historic-building photo ID contest, a Fun Run, a Chalk the Walk competition, a cornhole tournament, a pioneer baking contest, and fireworks (weather and fire restrictions permitting). Vendor booths require a temporary business license from the city office.

Heritage Day
The one day a year several of Spring City's private pioneer homes open their doors. Hosted by Friends of Historic Spring City over Memorial Day weekend, with self-guided home tours, the "Art Squared" juried art auction (one-foot-square paintings by 50+ Utah artists, proceeds fund historic restoration), free concerts at the historic LDS Meeting House, live bluegrass at Victory Hall, a craft boutique, and food trucks. Tickets are typically $15 for adults, $10 for youth (6–15), and free for children under 6.

Spring City Bluegrass & Folk Festival
A free, all-day outdoor music festival on Spring City Square (50 South 100 East), hosted by Spring City Arts. The gallery stays open during the festival, and local food vendors are on site. Held annually in late July or early August - this has run every year we could verify, going back to at least 2020.
